Leatherman serac s2

Hi. I'm new to the forum.

I've been having some problems with my Leatherman serac s2. I've noticed that it won't work at least once per day. When it doesn't click on, I simply unscrew the tip (with the LED) and then screw it back on and it works fine. The battery is new and the flashlight barrel looks clean on the inside, no rust.

Any other ideas ?

did you clean all the contacts? q-tips and some alcohol will do the trick

now if that doesnt work it might be the switch but it doesnt sound like it
