LED compared to oldschool search lights

Good day
I am sitting with quite a predicament, and was hoping that some of you might provide some insight.
I used to make use of a rechargeable 10 mil CP spotlight when going out on the farm to look for stuff that goes "bump" in the night. (automotive headlight type using a big old square security battery) It still gives me excellent illumination at about 200 meters . The light can shine much further but at 200m I can still make it daylight. Then I have a 1mil CP spotlight that I use in the car (cigarette lighter) , it compares good with the rechargeable one since it has a better focused beam (using an H1 type 100 - 130watt bulb). Unfortunately the rechargeable one is too heavy to use when walking around with a firearm and the battery don't last near long enough! The other one is bound to the car.
I would therefore be inclined to look at LED type torches but everything I have looked at is either to expensive or does not seem to have enough light. Is there anything out there that would give me the same range and light as my rechargeable 10 mil cp spotlight but in LED with at least 30+min runtime? And Yes I know that CP is not lumens but what would look the same (or better) to me ? I did read some interesting posts about how light is perceived and or why .
From what I have seen and read it looks like the Led Lenser X21 or even the Olight SR 90 (expensive ) is good but don't know how it will compare to what I have. I am therefore very unwilling to buy something that is not even the same as what I have at the moment.
Oh... a last thing no HID's ... it would be ok if it gave instant light when switched on otherwise not an option.

Based on what you might be looking for, here are my suggestions. I recommend looking into each of them and deciding on your own, but I'll give you my synopsis on them:

Stanley HID Spotlight - This HID light is about the same weight as your 10 million CP light, but provides instant light as soon as you pull the trigger on it - no waiting for the bulb to warm up. Also they are around $80.

XLR 250 Kill Light - This light is more for hunting, but it provides good downrange light and provides 2 hours of runtime. It's not a spotlight, but is a very good throwing light. You can get them from Elusive Wildlife. Around $150.

Tiablo A9 with aspherical head - this is strictly a throwing light, almost useless up close with the aspherical lense head. It will shine objects easily to 500 yards. It comes stock with a normal lens too, so you could swith them out if you wanted. Around $130.

You may have different needs or preferences, but I have these lights and I've been pleased with all of them.

Eagletac M3C4 XM-L. This is a good thrower with good output. This should meet your needs. When your 18650 batteries get old, in say five years time, you can buy new higher capacity replacements for better runtimes. I use Eagletac 2400 mAH batteries and get around one hour and fifsteen minutes of runtime. Being a high output light, i find the beam useful from closeup to long ranges. You could go the cheap route and buy Ultrafire 18650's which only cost a few dollars each. This set up will easily beat your 1m CP light in terms of throw and output, compared to your 10m CP the throw will be better as it's focussed better and the output should be fairly similar. I like this small compact size, it is really good at spotting things at a distance.
