hi guys,
i need to replacement my mercury bubs with LED Corn bulbs i got 90watt LED Corn bulb, but as requirement of the government it must be 28000 Lumen but my corn test report shows 10880 Lumen , i will use it 11 meter installation height, isnt it normal value 10880?
