LED Driver with Memory, how to disable Memory?

Hi,
i got a light with 5 modes here, and it has a memory-function which i like to get rid of..Is there a possibility to do so? Think i have to take the light apart and take some shots propably..
I just want to know how the memory mode is basically done?

Easiest way is to replace the circuit board with a different one.

Memory function will be part of the programming in the microcontroller. It stores the last level in an internal EEPROM memory. It is not possible to disable the memory and keep the modes without reprogramming the uC (impossible usually) or replacing the uC.
