LED Flasher using Supercapacitor!

I am looking for a circuit that will be using LEDs as flasher with the application of supercapacitor. Does someone have similar projects before?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

As it has been mentioned before, one of the characteristics of capacitors is that the terminal voltage starts dropping as soon as a load is applied, the bigger the capacitor, the slower the voltage drop. This is different from the terminal voltage drop we see in most batteries. Therefore, you really need a dc/dc converter to power the LED from the super cap to keep the voltage to the LED above the operating point.

My suggestion would be to get a dc/dc converter that operates in the 0.5 - 4 volts range. Charge the cap to around 4 volts and go from there.

try flashing circuit made for batteries, simple one is using 555chip, see how it works.
