LED Headlights @ 24 VDC

Does anyone know what sort of dropping resistor I should use to run a modified flashlight that use 4.5volts to run on 24 volts DC? My son has an electric scooter and he sometimes rides it (on our private road) at dusk.

im not an expert for modding...

um...but i can tell you thats alot of energy wasted during the transfer...

Go and get any light with handle bar mount. This will serve you well.:rock:

You can even get the bike light that have flashing funtion and stuff. And much much cheaper.
