LED Lenser P17 Problem

Hi guys, i have a LED Lenser P17 for work and recently the button seems to be stuck "on" I have tried everything apart from taking it to pieces. It won't click back off or onto the lower setting.
Is there anything I can do or do I need to send it back?

Hi there theyiend :welcome: and I'm sure that you will have a good time here! :party:

In relation to your LED Lenser P17, you don't actually say how old it is or if it is still under warranty or not. If it is still covered I would personally be sending it back, because even if you were able to somehow get it working again, there is a very good chance that at some time in the future it may just end up doing exactly the same thing again, and by that time your warranty may have very well run out. Also if it is still covered I would not recommend disassembling it because doing so would probably void any warrant that you do have left. I know this may not be too much help for you, but as I don't have much experience with this particular brand of light that is about all that I can really recommend, however there may be a chance that there is someone else here that actually owns a P17 and they may just be able to assist you a little further.
