LED lights and human eye perception

Hi there...

I was thinking... How amount of LED lumens are necessary for the human eye to percept the increase on output ?

I explain... for example:

If I´m looking for a 100 lumens beam, if it changes to 105 lumens, probably I´ll not see the change, right ?
But if the same beam, with 50 lumens, is changed to 180 lumens, I will see the difference.

So, what is the minimum lumens value to percept the change in output, between modes ?

If you guy knows, please explain what would be the value in Surefire lumens and Fenix lumens.

The general rule of thumb is it takes a ~20% increase to be visible at all, ~100% increase to appear significantly brighter, and a ~400% increase to appear twice as bright.

Since these are relative values, they are not tied to lumen output directly.

So my perfect light would be a 3 modes light: 10, 80 and 180 lumens!
