led therapy

i hope this works this time. i was timed out a few minutes ago when i submitted my post. my question is how to build a 5" x 5" led array of 660nm and 850nm leds with a irradiance of..........1.6w/cm2 in 60 secs at 1" from the skin.............i would like to power it with a battery or two
