I'm relatively new to this forum so I'm sorry if I placed this in the wrong place!

I Just wanted to thank LedFireTorches for their help in getting Another torch (This forum is running me dry). I placed an order on Saturday for an Eagletac D25C XM-L and realized today that there's a new XM-L2 version, I rang up LedFireTorches and they cancelled my order before it was dispatched and then set up a new order for the latest version (Using CPF Discount code). I want to specifically thank Charlie as his knowledge on the lights was great and his customer service was fantastic! Big thanks to everyone there for this and all my previous orders that have been quickly dispatched and delivered with good speed, good packaging (No damage to box which is a great feat with royal mail!) and great prices! Highly recommended to everyone!

I agree with the OP about the customer care from Ledfiretourches. I've called in there on 3 occasions to look at the tints on a few torches and each time come away happy. I've no association with the company, just a security guard who is happy to have such a company on my doorstep.
