leds and components with free shipping

Except from DX and KD have you encountered other online sites that do?

I found led1.de, but the offer is poor. I'm interested in star mounted leds (xpg, nichia119) and low value smd resistors, but need like one of each, so shipping ends up more than the parts, not to mention they're not all in the same place, if at all.

Newark has never charged me to ship Bridgelux emitters, but I'm not sure if it's their formal policy.

Where do you live?

E.g. in Australia Farnell and RS Components both have free shipping for their web orders, great when you only need a couple of components, but they don't exactly have the best range of LEDs.

I dunno where you live, but if you're in the US or UK, Farnell might also give you free shipping (I personally haven't checked though).

I'm in EC, but I see other people interested in tiny quantities so you may answer wherever you are, it would be useful to have a list.
