Leds for 3D MAGs?

can I find LEDs to mod a mag in a RadioShack?

You'll only find 3 and 5 mm LEDs there. Do an on-line search for Luxeons, or post your WTB (want to buy) intent on the BST forum (buy/sell/trade).

Flashniac, trying to help but need to know the following info.
1. how $$$ you want to spend
2. how many lumens you want
3. how much work r u willing to do (minor soldering and dremel)

There are guys here who will sell you a Luxeon LED, then its up to you to mount it, wire it, resistor it, etc. If you search you can find threads and photos on how to do that.

BTW, 3rd_shift sells them already researched, engineered, modded and ready to go so you know it'll work.
