Maybe this is already common knowledge, but I just noticed packs of Lenmar 2300mAh NiMH rechargeable AA cells available at Zbattery.com. Here's a direct link.
Cheaper is better, LitFuse. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I don't really use NiMH myself, I've just been an interested observer as the mAh ratings continue to increase. This was the highest capacity I've seen so far.
OK guys-I was hoping to wait until the price dropped to do this, but anyone that wants the new Lenmar 2300's can have them for $2 each and $5 shipping. Word of mouth only though. I am not doing the $2 deal yet on the CPF page.
I will put it there when the cost drops.
Judging on how poorly the 2000mah Lenmars have done I would go with Maha 2200's or sanyo 2100's. Lenmars 2000 mah batteries receieved a 1754mah rating from digital imagine resource...ouch!

That is strange because I have found the Lenmars to do better vs. ratings than the Nexcells. Both have done well enough to be called the ratings they have been given. The Sanyos are the best though on exceeding mAh ratings. I get a lot of chinese AA samples that do not even come close though too.
