I have two of these, but apparently I accidentally programmed my first one so that it doesn't ramp up and down. 1C and it's on at 50%, PH and it's 100%, 2C and it's at .2%, each 2C moves it to another brightness or flashing mode.

How do I return it to the basic CUI? I think the manual says 5C+ PH, but that doesn't seem to work for me.
 
Go to FUI mode and restore to factory setting. Use this flowchart.

In another words, 5C + PH then 10C +PH.
 
I still have trouble with PH. So when it is 5C +PH is it really just 6C but don't release on the 6th C? Or is it 5C :wait 2 seconds: then press and hold?

Also I thought Factory Reset is 10C + PH, not sure why you mentioned 5C+ PH first...

PH = Press and hold. So, 5C + PH = on the sixth click, don't release.

Factory reset IS 10C + PH as I've mentioned, but you got to go into FUI first to activate reset. To go into FUI mode, it's 5C + PH. THEN you do the 10C + PH.

Get it? ;)
