does anybody know about some source of these protection circuits for various cells and packs (2S, 3S) that does not ship using UPS internationally? I refuse to pay $60 shipping for $5 item, because I am located in Europe and I found a lot these on sites like http://www.batteryspace.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=711 and other, but none ships with USPS or even ships outside USA.
