"Lighthouse" flashlight by Orbita?

Anyone see this one....get to try it out? Have any idea if it's ever been reviewed?

I've had one sent for me to review, the review is in progress now. So far it seems pretty neat. The driver seems nothing special, but the design with the 5mm LEDs around the head is what makes it stand out.
