Good news, not only is MT Microelectronics making the LM334 in TO-92, they also offer 'em in SO-8 .

Mouser stocks and sells 'em.....

Doug S, you got your ears on???

It is still free but they charge the shipping now due to heavy demand.

I would like to get some TO-92 if anyone have them for sale.

Doug, I just checked and yes, my ears are still on. That is ST Microelectronics [for benefit of others, typo]. Yep, I use that one. Something to be aware of when using the ST version of the SO-8 is that the pinout is different from the NSC part. The ST part uses only 3 pins and the rest are "NC". The NSC part connects more pins to the die. The Mouser ST part is cheaper than the Digikey NSC part. It still drives me nuts that this circuit is not available in SOT-23 or smaller. The internal circuit is very simple and thus must be very small.
