Hi Guys
Im not sure if this was ever discussed
I have 2 Longbow Micra CR123 lights.
I'm an underwater photographer and I have them attached to my camera rig.
Thing is, for todays standards and LED technology, the output and the battery life just doesn't cut it...
I'm wondering what I can do to mod them.
Increase output a bit, but mostly increase battery life.
What are my options for LEDs (lumen output vs battery burn time)
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your help
Ken

Well, You could always sell them to me :D
I suggest getting some new lights, If you want extra long runtimes, Output. I suggest a X2 123, 18650, Etc
look at JetBeam lights.
WAIT:? Are you going underwater with them too?

Hi Empire,
Yes, I plan on taking the light underwater.
Although my strobes provide enough light to use as my primary lights (my strobes have a built in constant-on light)
The longbow micra is something that I have with me just incase. I just love those little lights. They are TANKS!
And for their size, I cant find anything with the waterproof capabilities they have.
I have a few Zebralights, HDS Systems, Arc Flashights (as you can see my taste in lights) Unfortunately the Waterproof capabilities are just not where I need it.
I really wish Longbow was still around. Would love to see what lights they would have come up with.

But sure, if you want to buy my Micras, Im down to sell them.
Just PM me a fair offer, although Ive had them for years and took 1 of them underwater with me many times, it was mounted on my camera rig so its in perfect condition, they literally are practically brand new...
