Looking for 18650 flashlight

I need a quite cheap flashlight with 25mm base for diode running 1x18650/3xcr123a/2x18650.
Goung to mod it with Cutter-XPG25SQ and Khatod Quad PL1151xx 25.4mm optics. Any ideas?
