Looking for 2xAA side by side

Unusual request I know. But please humour me. For some reason I really prefer two batteries side by side rather than the much more common cylindrical-tube shaped flashlights.

I remember those old flip around lights from when I was a kid. Loved them flashlights. I am not after a flip around light though, just something about side by side cells and a more rectangular shape which I like.

Does anything like this exist?

I've got one upstairs - streamlight sidewinder?? 2xAA, has main LED and has a red / green / blue (?) as you pull out and move dial around.

Quick google shows $37 to $50+ Not an overly bright light, but 2xAA with a head that tilts at various angles. Name is correct - give it a quick google, mine is the olive / green body.

Energizer has a magnesium-bodied 3AA that's got two side by side in the back, two front to back along the long axis, and all the electronics in the space completing the rectangle.

But I agree - we need more compact side-by-side lights these days.

I've got some old ones with plastic bodies and a prefocussed incan globe (and I've seen pictures of some equally old red-led conversions), but haven't seen any modern ones. Zebralight has some CAD drawings of one a while back, but seem to have decided not to proceed - a pity, as I like the compact size.
