Looking for a 5000-15000 lumen flashlight with no PWM (around $100)

Hello,
I'm looking at lights similar to the Sofrin Q8Plus but that is completely current controlled without any PWM.
Anything available in the $100 price range that comes with batteries?

I love everything else about the Sofrin but really want to only own Current Controlled lights at this point.
