Looking for a diver's gift

Hello Dive forum inhabitants!

I'm looking to get a gift for my Bro-in-law, who SCUBA's the muddy waters of TN. Is there a decent light that could serve him for around $60-$80 +/-?

Tried the search function and google search to no avail.

for that much uk D8 Xenon would be pbly the best.
don't mind the weight, underwater it will be a lot lighter.

there are other dive lights, that aren't bad, check out pelican nemo, or other underwater kinetic lights,

I got one of those, "Compact Waterproof Torch" 4.7 W Cree, 3 AAA Alu, very happy with it great concentrated beam!
