Hi,
I've not been around these parts for quite some time and have gotten a little out of touch with what's new and great.
Right now I have an original Fenix L0D on my keychain running on 10440s. Now, I know it's not recommended, potentially poofable and voids any warranty but in my very little experience it has worked flawlessy and with no issues.
I'd like to give this L0D to my wife (with Eneloops, don't worry ) and get something new for my keychain.
I'm looking for sheer out-and-out brightness/output from the new light - not worried about runtime as I always have 2 spare AAA Eneloops and 2 10440s in my bag with me. I'm happy to keep using 10440s if it will give me more output.
What should I be looking at? I see there are Fenix L0D Q4s, LD01 Q5s and a new LiteFlux 'T' available nowadays. Will the 2 Fenix lights still run on 10440s without instapoofing?
Any advice would be great.
Many thanks,
Face
