Great forum, been a long time lurker here. Title says it all. Looking for a small EDC light that can attach to a keychain that takes either AA or AAA batteries and it must have a push button activator and multi-mode. I had a Fenix LD01 and lost it, did not like the twist activation. Thanks!

Welcome to CPF. Streamlight Microstream. Takes aaa battery, has push button tailcap. No multimode. Good luck.

I often carry the ZLCA52 & a Lumintop Tool Magnet as a backup. The Lumintop doesn't have a "physical" clicky but operates the same way. I'm going to order the Streamlight micro stream to try it out.

Malkoff MDC AA - Alkaleaks, Lithium Primaries, Eneloops or Li-ion. I don't this light because I don't like the UI: H>L>Blinky. But you can get the AA body and the Li-ion head (even with a neutral emitter). Now we have L>M>H and no blinkies. Will only run with a 14500 Li-ion. Clicky and low carry clip.

I have a Peak Eiger AAA from Oveready. XP-G2 N large optic, SS body with no QTC and a momentary switch. The clip from the Streamlight Stylus Pro fits perfectly. Very bright, nice beam and built like a tank.

I also have a LumaPower LM21 EDC. AAA and small even if a little long. Much less money than the others and it is much less of a light.
