If you like you're friend's, ask them more details. You could probably get one from the same place. Ebay has a lot of them, but usually they will be around 5mW.

Take a look on kaidomain.com and dealextreme.com, they sell cheap yet fairly powerful ones.

X2. But dont spend more than $30 at either site its simply not worth it. If I recall right the DX 50mw is $25 mine lasted about 3 weeks before it went dead. But I hear DX true series or the plain DX 30 have had better results.

Hi all
I might be after a Green Laser (if i can figure a reason out to buy one lol),i'm in the Uk & dont really want to spend more than $60 (£30).

It's already been answered..

Go to www.kaidomain.com and www.dealextreme.com

They sell cheap but powerfull lasers. The quality might not be that great, but i've killed many high quality laser diodes so far, so what's one more $25...

I ordered the kaidomain 50mW, and i hope it get's here soon...

BTW: There lasers don't have any real current regulation in them, so if you go for rechargable batteries, buy 3V rechargables, not 3.6V...
