Looking out for help on new project

Thinking of building two red beacons for my motorcycle.
Three or four red crees each side in a custom enclosure.
The problem is that how do I go with the electronics to make them continuously flash at 2 flashes per second?
Anyone?

Find one with modes, they usually have a strobe mode.

If you are very specific about the frequency of the strobe, I think in the Bicycle section there is a schematic for making your own circuit.
