Lost micro switch help please

Ok recently i dropped my laser when it was hot and the glue holding the the crystal assembly came unglued. I fixed it and had everything working again until my friend dropped it. This time the IR filter came unglued(I can fix this), The screw part of the pot broke of(don't need) but the micro switch also broke off and I've lost it. I was wondering if it was possible to fix this with a cheap laser button. I have a cheap one apart but decided before I solder anything I want to be sure I'm doing it right. Just replace.....

Exactly. Just swap it with one out of a dollar laser.
