Low cost dimmable drivers

Where can I get buck drivers 2.8A with dimming capability and none of the multimode ones. Buck from around 7 to 18 vDC. Preferably below $15 apiece ?
If not 2.8A perhaps 2A.

I think if and only if they have it deal extreme or kaidomain would be your only hope. I cant say I have seen what you are looking for at either place.
