Lower power blue laser pointer

Hello, I'm looking for a low-price blue laser pointer.

Again, this is just a pointer, so definitely less than 20mw.

That said, what I have in mind is simply a leadlight style 2AAA body, preferably with an IR filter (or do blue lasers even need one?).

I have one question, I have some NiMH1.2v 900mAh energizer AAA's, will those work?



I live in the US and am willing to order online. Also, can someone tell me the laws and regulations? I thought that I just can't use anything over 5mw in public, and that I must have lock/delay for high powered lasers.
