Lumens and cheap flashlights

I'm looking for some inexpensive lights. (Yeah, I know, you get what you pay for. I need some "disposable" lights for Burning Man.) Something in the $20 - $30 range, rechargeable, zoomable, preferably tail switch, so I can find it! I was browsing Amazon and most of them claim "998,000 LUMENS!". No. Ain't buying it. How can I find a decent usable light without the hype?

I agree on price/quality, but have you ever been to Burning Man? They say to never take anything there that you are unwilling to lose to the dust.
