Lumens factory EO-9L D-36

Its a 9V 450 lumens xenon bulb. It takes 2X18650's. Have anyone tested its flashpoint? What would be the max safe voltage to use with this bulb, besides the obvious 3.7VX2:) I've tested it to draw around 2.16A with 6X 2000mah Energizers.
