yeah i saw the specs but i dont ever trust specs since tge 80s when some car stereoes claimed they was like 8000 watts. yet my 40 watt system blew them away

my guess is No, the EDC05 will not be brighter on target, than the tool

because, the tool, though it has less total lumens, has higher Candela
