They're all 'T's which is nice and bright. The next two letters indicate color, so the best one would be subjective. It seems like most people like the WO, which is the most white. Do a search for bin codes, and you'll find more in depth explainations.
The last letter is the voltage of the LED. With that 'T-bin', it'll most likely be either an H, a J, or a K. The best one in that category is often the one with the lowest voltage, but might be one with a higher voltage so that rechargeables batteries can be used to direct drive the light (1 cell application for 3w).
