Can you say, \"Durian\"?
Any one here heard of CoolPoly?
http://www.coolpolymers.com/

They make an additive polymer which can be added to regular base polymers, making a highly thermally conductive plastic. The plastic will be electrically non-conductive, so no risk of short circuits. I know this is not a plastics forum, but for those of us looking for ways to wick away heat from homebrew mods, I figured this may be of some help. Problem is, don't know how to lay my hands on this stuff.

Pretty cool! I wonder how they make the atomic frequency travel easier among the atoms....?

Someone should manufacture a 2AA Luxeon Star Flashlight using a Xenoy/CoolPoly mix.
