I have searched, unsuccessfully for a m@g 2D handlebar mount, i'm not surprised as it is quite large. I have just bought a AA mount for my ministar extreme AA m@g but i really want to put my big TLE-6EX on there, xcan anyone think of a way to mount my torch onto the handlebars?!?!:mecry:

tie it, zip tie it, hose clamps, den finish it with duct tapes for better cosmetic looks

Place i found here in Australia selling the following:
MAGLITE MOUNTING BRACKETS C or D CELL - MODELS ASXCAT6U - ASXD026U

They look like standard maglite accessories, perhaps 2 clips on a short flat piece of aluminium would keep it steady, that also gives you a platform for handlebar mounting, not an exact quick bolt-on but might be a start for a DIY ! I can post the link but a google with those models should give you a look at them.. btw I'd velcro it on as well whilst riding, nothing worse than seeing things bounce off the bike when you hit a bump !!

I looked at the brackets but they are for walls and they need to be one in front of the other (not great for handlebars). I dont really want to use duct tape, or something were it has to stay on there indefinately (permanently fixed) because i also use this light when walking the dogs, ideally it needs to be a "clip-and-go" style of mount like the AA one but ALOT bigger.
Thanks for the quick replies
Joe.

Sorry I´ve been busy...
I dont have special instructions. Those are quite typical hardwarestore parts, at least here in Finland. Just find find suitable pipeline clamp for bike and lamp then attach them with bended metal plate.

The Mag in the picture Maglite 0D (cut down version). Maybe 2D will work as well eventhough its bit longer.
