M60 on 2x R123 or 1x 18650?

Is running a Malkoff m60 on 2 rcr123 3.0volts gonna vary in brightness compared to running a Malkoff M60 on say a 18650?

The M60 on 1x18650 is an excellent configuration, you will have something like 200-220 lumens (nearly as good as on 2xLiIon, but the runtime will be far greater, a nearly perfect setup IMO. gsnorm first did this:
