Re: MM Lite runtime in Firefly

KJ, that is a very impressive collection! Have you done a runtime plot of the BB700 V4U McModule?

On topic, the MM Lite on two L91 lithiums should maintain relatively flat output for over twice that of the firefly, right?

Re: MM Lite runtime in Firefly

Sorry, I've not done the runtime test of the BB700/V4U module. I can do it, but I would give priority to runtime tests of my sandwiches with various batteries including NiMH, Alkaline and possibly Lithium. I don't have the Lithiums handy right now, but I'm going to buy them this weekend.

Re: MM Lite runtime in Firefly

I think in general the people on this forum are more interested in the sandwich's runtimes. I'm only curious about the V4U's runtime because I have a V2T McModule at 700ma but don't have a light meter to do my own testing.

Re: MM Lite runtime in Firefly

I did some runtime tests including the Madmax Lite + Lithium AA configuration. I was suggested posting runtime charts to the Review forum so I made this thread in the Review forum.

Also, I'm doing some runtime tests with my 5W lights and I think I can post these results this week.

Re: MM Lite runtime in Firefly

kj,

Thank you very much for posting those! I had thought I would get at least a solid hour out of the V2T/BB700 that's currently in my PM6. But, it looks like 40 to 50 minutes is more likely depending on the batteries. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Thank you again!!!

kj--

thanks for the 1xAA runtime charts /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif--VERY interesting to see how the MM Lite responded to different battery chemistrys
