Madmax options

Up to now, I thought that Madmax plus is a Madmax with a trim pot.
But what is the wide open option? From the name I thought it would be without pot and maximized output, but there are 2 differen WO's (plus and not plus)

MadMaxes have mostly had trim pots. The ones without, are new.
The WO option is made to run wide open, with I think, a jumper wire.

The MadMax+ supplies higher current (up to 800 mA) to the luxeon than a standard MadMax, and as such, is brighter.

The following configurations are now possible.

The new board supports the original configuration Madmax.

The board can be loaded with a resistor or a trim pot to create the adjustable version and the Wide Open version.

So that creates:

Madmax WO
Madmax Adjustable.

The newer model or more specifically a different inductor yields a higher output model Madmax Plus.

Again, it can be loaded with a resistor or trim pot same as the regular.

That creates the two higher output models.

Madmax Plus Adjustable.
