Mag solitaire mod?

Would it be possible to mod a Maglite solitaire (1xAAA) with parts at the Shoppe to get ~10 lumens off a 1w Luxeon?

There are a couple of CPF'ers here that you might want to track down that do the AAA mod. I don't think there are any parts on the shoppe currently that would fit the bill. The only thing that might be applicable would be the LED and glue.
