It looks like the MC can accomodate a 3-D long stack. If so, would it be possible to replace the standard pack with a trio of Elektrolumens 3-D adapters filled with AA nimhs? This way, you could run 9.6V bulbs like the WA01318 or, with 2x3-D and one D nimh, overdrive the 7.2V WA01274. Would it be able to charge these batteries in the light?
