Some times, my MC 60 doesnt light up on the first push. you have to wait for the rubber to "come back out" and then press it again.

It's not a life threatening thing for me as I dont use this in any sort of tactical situation, but it is annoying.

I thought about taking the switch apart and cleanning it, but I remember some threads on here saying about how its really complicated.

Also, on my MC, the switch is "recessed", you have to push the rubber in a bit to "Feel" the switch, unlike a regular mag where the top of the switch is right there and you can blink it rather easilly.

Should I go ahead and try to clean this switch out? or is it time to send it out to mag for service?

Thanks.

I bought a new switch here on CPF awhile back, but I can't remember who I bought it from. It was either modamag or fivemega.

It's not that hard to do.

hope this helps.

There are lots of little parts, but if you keep track of things it's not hard.

Keep in mind that Mag has a virtual no questions asked warranty. They'll fix it for you for free, I'd wager.
