Making 2AA TEXTURED mini mag reflector

Hi guys!

Just wanted to let you in on a little mod I made. If you have a burned out PT Rage textured lamp assembly, you can dremel out the reflector to fit a Minimag, the OD is exactly the same as the minimag and the result is a more smooth beam that can be focused.

Don't expect a SF quality beam, but is far better than the stock reflector IMO. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The whole procedure takes about 20 mins. with a dremel.

Cool, the Blast reflector should be the same as the Rage's. I have one of those that I was going to try to replace the bulb in.
