Malkoff Lights Size Comparison Photos as requested....

Hi Guys,



I have received quite a few enquiries from people wanting size comparisons between the Malkoff torches and other known lights.



Below are a few quick comparison photos:



Malkoff VME 1xCR123 Twisty, VME 2AA Twisty, MD2 MagLite 2AA Incan. :

Notice the much smaller head width of the VME Head compared with the MD2 head:

If you're asking if there are drop ins made by other manufacturers that will fit the VME head, I'm not sure about that. My guess would be that there aren't many without some significant modification. If you're asking if there are other Malkoff drop ins that will fit, they will all fit. It's just a matter of having the right voltage for the drop in you select. If for example you wanted to run an M61 in a VME head, you could use an RCR123 with the 1 x 123 twisty tube or 2 x 14500 in the 2 x AA twisty tube and they should power the M61 effectively (though some would advise against putting two 14500 in series).
