Is there anybody else out there that really wants an MDC AA just without it turning on in low low mode ?! Really want one but that's all that is holding me back! Anyone else so I can email Gene and say check out the forum I'm not alone lol
 
You can do a WTB Thread for one of the previous version. Mines is High/Medium/strobe. Comes back on high if the light stays on for xx seconds. I don't think demand was too great for that version, so the low low version was made.
 
I could be talked into one with just hi/low and last used memory, no Disco modes please......
 
Not AA, but a new CR123 model/version is coming out.

Would love a MDC TAC AA with Li-Ion capability...single mode or H/L.
 
If it's a true 0.6 lms (as listed in the specs), then I want it starting out on LL but I have a feeling this light might actually be 0.10 lms or less which will be a bummer for me and I'd rather start out on L instead. Anyways, I ordered one and will find out soon enough.
