I figured I'm probably not the only person out there that would like to see how their build compares, so here's a table of information I've collected about dive lights on the market.
Data taken from manufacturer web sites. UK seemed to be the most dodgy, in that they seemed to show luminous flux and life pretty much at random, i.e. sometimes they'd show lm flux with rechargeable batteries, sometimes with alkaline, sometimes with lithium (not rechargeable), and the burn life wouldn't always be available for battery technologies that they show separate flux measurements for. So you'd see something like a 30% increase in flux between rechargeable and alkaline batteries in their data, but burn life for alkaline only. In a lot of these cases, I just put down a 2 hour burn life since that seemed consistent with what they showed when they DID indicate rechargeable burn life. :confused:
