I bought a used Maxa Beam that didn't come with a battery. Can someone tell me what the specific pins are used for in the battery connection socket? They are located at about 12:00, 3, 6, and 9:00 within the connector socket.
Thanks.

I don't own a Maxabeam anymore.
And I unfortunately do not know where my service manual is.. What I can tell you is that they simply are two pairs of + and - connectors, to make a more reliable connection..

Perhaps someone else can measure the output of his (or her..) Maxabeam battery..

Regards,

Ra.

The conections on the battery are 12 and 3 = positive, 6 and 9 = negitive.
Hope that helps.

Thanks much guys. Not sure if this light even works so I thought I'd try and power it up using a 7ah SLA battery just to try it. Hope all goes well with it.
