Maxpedition Universal Flashlight Holster question.

I just noticed the universal flashlight holster, from maxpedition, it says it would hold just about any flashlight. Does anyone here have one, and can comment if it would beable to hold a elektrolumens FT-3C?, also how does it strap to the belt. With solid belt loops?, or other ways, thanks in advance. Also how is the construction?, does it hold the lights secure without a possibility of it falling out?.
