...and already recieved payment information!?! Obviously it was sent twice and the one who sent payment first got it. Ah well, I already own a Sundrop along with 13 McGizmo brothers & sisters.

Mark the item - SOLD pending funds. Then other interested buyers can post a - Backup. That's common practice. Thank you.

If someone shows interest but does not pay …… 12 hours later ? Then it goes to the person who shows interest and pays.

More like 1 hour and 13 minutes between your PM with payment information and your PM telling me you sold the light to someone else.

There should be a rule to claim lights by uploading a comment as in “I’ll take it” on the listing page in the comment section.

If the basic requirements are met with the listing, price, pic, etc, a seller can sell to whom they choose. Any special rules should be mentioned, such as first I take it gets it, etc

I have messaged the admins of CPF to ask what the rules are and highlighted this post.

You were told @Every_Cloud to list in your listing, your expectations, IE if someone posts Ill take it they have X amount of time to pay, or if you want to sell via PM only. You should update folks when something is pending or sold...

This not about the light anymore but about your false statments. Just to make things clear, you did not wait anywhere near 12 hours.

That´s 1 hour 13 minutes for me. Considering the time to finish the deal with the other person you probably waited not more than 45 minutes and not 12 hours. Even from the time you posted the thread to your PM telling me you sold it elswhere it was just 2 hours 16 minutes. So 12 hours is not true at all and frankly b*llsh#t!

EDIT: The seller/threadstarter deleted all her posts in this thread after I sent this post.. She falesly claimed to have waited for 12 hours before she sold the light to someone else. Honesty doesn´t seem to be her strong suit.
