What is the relationship of lumens, candlepower, any others...
I.E. how do 1,500,000 candlepower lights compare to 120 lumens?

It's almost impossible to compare lumens to candlepower. They're 2 completely different measurements with different approaches. Candlepower measures light intensity at a specific focal point in a beam. Lumens is a spherical measurement of total light output of a specific source (like a bulb) in all directions.
You can correlate candlepower or footcandles with lux readings, but all three of those have no direct relation to lumens.
