What id like:
◇Less than $120 or around
◇Less than 12"
◇Powerful throw over flood
◇At least 2 settings hi and lo
◇1-2 hr run if its rechargeable
◇weather proof

Im willing to sacrifice some power for reliability.
I have my eye on the stinger hp led.
Id like to purchase online

Buy a set of protected 18650s, a decent charger, and look in the direction of an olight m3x. If you shop right it should be a killer combo for right at $150.

The flashlight itself is around $100, but the rechargeable setup will put you slightly over budget.
